Merge PDF files
Combine several PDFs into one, in the order you want. Everything happens in your browser.
Free to start · No card needed · Files never leave your device
Why merge without uploading
Contracts, bank statements and medical forms are exactly the files you don't want sitting on someone else's server. Here they're joined on your own device.
A clean file out
The merged PDF is built fresh, so the author names, app names and dates stored in the originals don't come along.

Questions
How do I merge PDF files without uploading them?+
Drop the PDFs above, drag them into order and click Merge. The files are joined inside your browser, so they never reach a server.
How many PDFs can I merge?+
Up to 10 at a time for free. Pro has no limit on the number of files or their size.
Are my files uploaded?+
No. The tool runs inside your browser tab and reads the file from your device. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else, which is also why it works quickly on big files.
Is the PDF metadata removed?+
Yes. Every PDF you download is built fresh from the pages, so the author name, title, creating app, dates and XMP data from the original are not carried over.
Does it work with password-protected PDFs?+
Not yet. Open the PDF with its password and save an unlocked copy first.
Will links and form fields survive?+
Page content, text, images and annotations are kept. Bookmarks and fillable form fields may be dropped when pages are copied into the new file.
Is it free?+
Yes. Free covers 5 files a day up to 30 MB each, one at a time. Pro is $7 a month and removes the daily limit and the size cap, and lets you drop in whole batches.
