Questions

Which resolution should I choose?+

Screen (96 dpi) for quick previews and email, Standard (150 dpi) for most uses, and Print (300 dpi) when you need sharp text for printing or zooming.

JPG or PNG?+

JPG is smaller and fine for most pages. PNG keeps text perfectly crisp but files are larger.

Are my files uploaded?+

No. The tool runs inside your browser tab and reads the file from your device. Nothing is sent to us or anyone else, which is also why it works quickly on big files.

Is the PDF metadata removed?+

Yes. Every PDF you download is built fresh from the pages, so the author name, title, creating app, dates and XMP data from the original are not carried over.

Does it work with password-protected PDFs?+

Not yet. Open the PDF with its password and save an unlocked copy first.

Will links and form fields survive?+

Page content, text, images and annotations are kept. Bookmarks and fillable form fields may be dropped when pages are copied into the new file.

Is it free?+

Yes. Free covers 5 files a day up to 30 MB each, one at a time. Pro is $7 a month and removes the daily limit and the size cap, and lets you drop in whole batches.
